  10. i’d been wanting to take a cooking class from emily dellas’ “first cooking class” for a while now and i finally made it to one of her classes.  emily puts out a monthly menu of classes on her website that you can choose from.  each class is unique and change with the seasons.  the classes range in size from a small intimate group to private events.  they are held in her gorgeous condo apartment!

the class i went to had 7 people including myself and my friend.  we made fig balsamic pork tenderloin, watermelon, feta & mint salad, padron peppers with smoked salt and my favorite, salted caramel ice cream!  everything was delicious and so easy!!!  emily not only shows you how to cook and let’s you be hands-on in her kitchen but she gives you so many tips & tricks on how to buy fresh produce, pick out ripe fruit, where to get certain items, etc.  my friend and i are so happy we went!  we plan to go again soon!
